Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Your access to and use of our service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
Any payment made for your event constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
*Service Areas
We offer our service within a 10-mile radius of (City).
If you are outside this distance, an additional fee may apply. Contact us for more information at actiongamebus@gmail.com.
*Payments and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for each reservation; payments via debit or credit card are required.
The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days of the reserved date.
We are not responsible if the event is delayed or cannot take place due to non-payment.
*Cancellation and Refund Policies
If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 72 hours before the event, you are not eligible for a refund.
If we cancel the event, you will receive a 100% refund.
If the event is canceled by the client after the service has begun, we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
*Changing the Reserved Date
If you need to change the reservation date for reasons other than those established in our terms and conditions, you will be charged an additional $75.00. This change will depend on the dates and times available in our booking calendar.
*Damage and Injuries
Action Game Bus and its crew are not responsible for any damage caused to the client's property or to a specific location where the client indicated the event would be held.
Action Game Bus and its crew are not responsible for injuries sustained by persons on the client's property or at the location designated by the client for the event.
All liability for damages and injuries is the sole responsibility of the client or host.
*Capacity
Up to 10 players are allowed, and they must be 6 years old or older. Children under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult on the Gaming Bus to provide care or assistance.
*Supervision
Our Game Coach will always be present on the Gaming Bus to provide any assistance and attention required by the players, but we ask that parents be present and available should any situation arise.
*Locations and Schedules
You must provide detailed information about the location, schedule, and applicable permits within 10 days of the reserved date.
If you are planning to hold your event in a public place or local park, please remember that you must obtain the necessary permits for us to provide the service. We are not responsible if the event cannot be held due to a lack of permits, and no refunds will be issued for such situations.
*Bad Weather
If due to extreme weather (thunderstorms, floods, severe winds, hurricanes, tornadoes) we have to cancel the event for your safety and that of our team, you can reschedule at no additional cost to another date and time available on the booking calendar. Otherwise, a 100% refund will be given. Reserved dates and times cannot be changed without first consulting us.
*Parking
Please note that for safety reasons, we require a flat, paved surface for parking. We always prefer to park on the street and sidewalk in your neighborhood with the doors facing your home, making entry and exit to the Gaming Bus safer. Therefore, you may want to inform your neighbors in case they object. We may occasionally block their driveway.
*Food and Drinks
Candy, food, and drinks of any kind are not allowed inside the Gaming Bus due to the sensitivity of the electronics.
*Alcohol/Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the Gaming Bus. We reserve the right to cancel or interrupt the event if alcohol or drugs are consumed on the Gaming Bus. Service will be immediately terminated if illegal narcotics are consumed.
*Privacy Policies
Action Game Bus is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected on the website is used solely to provide information to you.
